Planned Maintenance - May 1 through May 31, 2024

Date: May 1st - May 31st, 2024

Time: Various times throughout the month

Affected Areas: Multiple areas across the network

Description: Our team will be performing maintenance and upgrades to our fiber network throughout the month of May. These efforts are aimed at improving the overall reliability and performance of our services.

Expected Impact: During these maintenance windows, customers may experience brief outages or disruptions to their fiber-based services, including internet and voice. The outages are expected to be short-lived, and our team will work diligently to minimize the impact on our customers.

Maintenance Schedule:

  • May 7th:
    • Areas affected: Wawanesa, Nesbitt, Carrol East, Brandon Southeast, Brandon Hills, Brandon East
  • May 9th:
    • Areas affected: Brandon South, Clementi Lack, Carrol, Brandon Southwest
  • May 14th:
    • Areas affected: Alexander, Kemney Woods, Pilling Road, Dungannon Loop
  • May 16th:
    • Areas affected: Kemney, Brandon West,
  • May 21st:
    • Areas affected: Chater, Brandon East, Cottonwood, Sprucewoods
  • May 23rd:
    • Areas affected: Brandon Northeast, Douglas
  • May 25th:
    • Areas affected: Brandon Northwest, Grand Valley, Paradise Valley, Cottonwood, Sprucewoods
  • May 28th:
    • Areas affected: Brandon North, Chimo Beach

You do not need to take any action in preparation for this maintenance. Your services will automatically resume once the work is completed.
