At RFNOW, we are committed to providing world-class Internet services that redefine speed and dependability for rural life. Our network is designed for reliability so you can stay connected, whether for business, education, or entertainment.
Who We Are
RFNOW is Canada’s Prairie Fiber Network, delivering world-class fiber Internet to rural homes, farms, businesses, and First Nation communities across the Prairies.
Built on Prairie values and driven by a commitment to rural growth, we invest in the infrastructure that keeps communities connected today and ready for tomorrow. Through dependable service, local expertise, and a long-term vision, we’re helping bridge distances, create opportunities, and power the future of rural Canada.
Connecting the Prairies. Empowering communities. Building the future with fiber.
Our History
RFNOW was founded in Virden, Manitoba in 2000, to fill the need for reliable rural Internet. Now with a fiber network stretching across Manitoba and southeast Saskatchewan, RFNOW has continued to pursue a commitment to fostering localized success through community growth, charitable contributions, and support for local events within the provinces that we work.
Our Team
With an experienced management team in place, RFNOW currently employs over 190 full-time employees. That includes a specialized construction team of 100 full-time workers, hired locally within the communities we service to handle all aspects of network deployment and installation. We also continue to strengthen our relationship with national contractors, enhancing our operational capacity so that we can expand our connections and reach more homes and businesses like yours.
